At Owensville Church of Christ , we have a simple hope: to see people come to know Jesus Christ and grow in their Christian faith. For over 38 years, we've been helping spread God's good news here in our hometown and throughout the world, and we pray that God will continue to use our congregation. Whether you've been attending church for years or haven't stepped into a sanctuary in decades, we hope you'll come and join us Sunday if you're looking for a church in our hometown.
At Owensville Church of Christ, we're always excited to welcome new visitors. We hope you'll join us for a service, and we want to make your visit as comfortable as possible. Here's what you can expect when you come to either our 10:00 a.m. service.
Our church is located at 2545 US-50, Batavia, OH 45103, and parking is located next to the church. When you walk in, one of our members will greet you. They can show you where everything is, including our youth classes and the bathrooms.
During our service we will worship with music and listen to a sermon. We take communion every Sunday and all believers are welcome to participate.
God's people have always been characterized by giving, but the way they've given has changed over time. For example, people no longer bring goats, sheep, calves and grain to God as they did in the Old Testament. Giving money is simpler, cleaner and theologically sounder since Jesus has made the ultimate sacrifice. As the way that money is exchanged changes, we at Owensville Church of Christ are extending members a new way to offer their financial gifts to God.
